Naruto having a panic attack was definitely one of the best written anime moment
It shows that he's also a human, he's also someone who can't "believe it" all the time like he says
Even though he's always saying he'll do it but still he's fighting with himself "can I really do it"

While I do have several complaints with the writing in Naruto, I really appreciate Naruto being more vulnerable in Shippuden. It makes him more human. Like during his encounter with Itachi and when Hinata got injured

I don't support his ideals but he always thought of the village and have extreme thinking. like, had he not sent itachi or someone else to massacre uchiha clan, the coup d'eta would have began a fought with entire village. thus weakening the village's human resource by the death of people who would have fought head to head. it might create an opening for neighbouring countries to attack and hence a war( as explained by itachi).

He had a panic attack because a lot of things happened one after another and he didn’t have any time to process anything and also keep in mind that he didn’t have any rest since he came back from the frog mountain or whatever the name of that place is actually since he was on that mission where he met the seven tails (I forgot his name) and on the way back he said that he missed Jiraya but after that he heard that Jiraya died and barely had half a day off and was called to decode the dying message and then got taken by the frog sage to train and called back to fight pain and then he went to Nagato and then after creating the gave for Jiraya and then they celebrated even though he was exhausted and then he was running around helping without any rest and then that girl beat him up and then he left to talk to killer bee’s brother and then Toby said all that and then Sakura said all that and then Sai explained what happened and then Gara told him what Sasuke did at the summit and that a war is coming and the allied shinobi force is going to protect and confine him and that he’s going to fight the Akatsuki to save him and that he should think about what to do next. Now think logically is that not enough to cause a panic attack ???????
